Description
A creamy, spicy dip inspired by Buffalo chicken wings, perfect for game day or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ⅔ cup ranch dressing
- ⅔ cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
- Spread the mixture into a 1.5-quart baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is browned and the dip is bubbling.
- Serve hot with chips, carrot sticks, or celery.
Notes
For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Soften cream cheese for easier mixing.
