Description

A creamy, spicy dip inspired by Buffalo chicken wings, perfect for game day or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup ranch dressing
  • ⅔ cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 1.5-quart baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is browned and the dip is bubbling.
  5. Serve hot with chips, carrot sticks, or celery.

Notes

For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Soften cream cheese for easier mixing.
