Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup mashed banana (approximately 2 ripe bananas)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (or more, to taste)
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk in a large bowl. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
