Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan generously.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Scoop the Batter: Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let them cool slightly in the pan, then serve warm with syrup.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in fresh berries or chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
