Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan generously.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry: Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  5. Scoop the Batter: Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes.
  7. Cool and Serve: Let them cool slightly in the pan, then serve warm with syrup.
