Description

A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad perfect for energizing your morning, featuring a mix of colorful fruits and a creamy yogurt dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 12 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl. Hold off on adding the bananas until just before serving to prevent browning.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit, combining all the flavors without mashing the fruits.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top for added crunch and texture. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served chilled. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days. Bananas should be added just before serving to prevent browning.
