A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad perfect for energizing your morning, featuring a mix of colorful fruits and a creamy yogurt dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
- 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
Instructions
- Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl. Hold off on adding the bananas until just before serving to prevent browning.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit, combining all the flavors without mashing the fruits.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top for added crunch and texture. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best served chilled. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days. Bananas should be added just before serving to prevent browning.
