  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp whole milk
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup butter or light butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a rimmed baking sheet fitted with a baking rack generously with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  3. On a plate, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, onion powder, and dry Italian seasoning.
  4. Lightly season each pork chop with garlic salt.
  5. Dip each chop into the egg wash, then dredge them in the seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to make sure they stick.
  6. Arrange the coated pork chops on the baking rack and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pork chops are fork-tender, broiling at the end for extra browning if desired.
  8. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch and let the pork chops rest after baking to keep them juicy.
