Description

Crispy, tender chicken with a flavorful bang bang sauce that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to prepare the bang bang sauce. Set aside.
  2. Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the breaded chicken tenderloins and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
  8. Drizzle the homemade bang bang sauce over the crispy chicken and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, let the chicken sit for a few minutes before frying. Adjust sriracha to control spiciness.
