- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Oil for frying
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

- Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the breaded chicken tenderloins and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle the homemade bang bang sauce over the crispy chicken and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, let the chicken sit for a few minutes before frying. Adjust sriracha to control spiciness.
