- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour in melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas, stirring gently until combined.
- On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the rolled dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- For icing, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve immediately.
