- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream (optional)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or Italian sausage

- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 oz (700g) marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella
- Extra Parmesan, for topping
- Butter, for greasing
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Pour in the marinara sauce and add Italian seasoning, simmering for 8-10 minutes.

- Grease a baking dish with butter. Layer the spaghetti mixture, then the meat sauce, and top with mozzarella and extra Parmesan.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
- Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
