Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Bell Peppers, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping the veggies.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about a minute until golden.
- Add the chicken breasts to the pan, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Once the chicken is cooked, toss in the bell peppers and broccoli, mixing gently. Sauté for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Plate it up and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, serve with a squeeze of lemon. This dish can be meal-prepped and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
