Description

A quick and healthy chicken and veggie sauté that brings vibrant flavors and colors to your dinner table in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping the veggies.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about a minute until golden.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the pan, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, toss in the bell peppers and broccoli, mixing gently. Sauté for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Plate it up and enjoy!

Notes
