Description

A quick and easy low-calorie chocolate mug cake that satisfies sweet cravings in just two minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk (almond, oat, or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, stevia, or sugar)
  • Optional: dark chocolate chunk for the center


Instructions

  1. In a large mug, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Add the milk and sweetener, and mix well with a fork until no lumps remain.
  3. If desired, press a chocolate chunk into the center of the batter.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute. Check doneness; if it looks slightly soft, it’s done. Do not overcook.
