Description

A quick and easy chicken dinner that’s flavorful and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Seasonal Vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, spinach)
  • 8 ounces Pasta or Rice
  • Herbs & Spices (basil, oregano, cumin)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sizzle chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic and seasonal veggies, sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in broth and let simmer until reduced and flavorful.
  4. Cook pasta or rice according to package instructions, then drain and combine with chicken and sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
