Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Seasonal Vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, spinach)
- 8 ounces Pasta or Rice
- Herbs & Spices (basil, oregano, cumin)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sizzle chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and seasonal veggies, sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in broth and let simmer until reduced and flavorful.
- Cook pasta or rice according to package instructions, then drain and combine with chicken and sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
